Shanghai Health Checks for Couples: One Morning, Two Plans

You can request two Shanghai appointments on the same morning, subject to hospital availability. Each person still needs an individual examination plan, preparation instructions and consent; a joint itinerary does not mean identical medical needs.
Use the exact scope in your plan
Price each attendee’s actual package and additions separately before confirming the combined total. The current Shanghai and Guangzhou examples display per-person prices. Use the payment-document checklist for the company invoice, hospital documents and separate appointment confirmation.
One travel plan does not mean one medical package
Two people can request appointments on the same morning, subject to availability. Confirm the same campus and whether the start times align, but compare each person’s examinations separately. One person’s additional scan or consultation may extend only their appointment.

These four services are included in the price of your selected, confirmed package. Extra tests, treatment, medicines, transport and accommodation are not included unless expressly listed in your written plan; separately priced additions require your approval.
VIP personal service means MyChinaCheckup’s individual coordination and accompaniment. It does not promise a hospital VIP ward, priority medical access or a medical outcome.
Plan what happens if one appointment takes longer
Ask whether you can wait together, where the other person can wait during a private examination and whether accompaniment covers both routes if you split up. Do not assume two concurrent visits can share every part of the same on-site support arrangement.
Agree report delivery after departure for both people, including separate permissions, and request a written itemised total that makes each person’s costs clear.
Send one itinerary and two sets of priorities
Give the team the shared travel dates and explain that two people would like to attend. Ask the hospital to consider each person’s needs separately. Do not assume packages labelled for men and women cover every relevant difference or that both people should select the same price tier.
Keep each person’s medical details in the appropriate private channel. If one traveller is making the enquiry, ask how the other person will confirm their own information and preferences.
Confirm what is actually synchronised
Ask whether both appointments are at the same campus, whether arrival times align and how English accompaniment works if examinations occur in different areas. A shared arrival does not guarantee that you will finish together.

Keep totals and follow-up separate
Request an itemised quote for each traveller and a clear combined payable amount if paying together. Clarify what happens if only one appointment is rescheduled or cancelled. Do not assume a couple’s discount or a shared refund rule unless explicitly offered.

Common questions
Can we stay together during every examination?
Ask the hospital. Clinical privacy, room access and operational rules may require separate attendance.
Will one English companion cover both of us?
Confirm the support arrangement for overlapping examinations before booking. Do not assume one companion can be in two departments at once.

A generalized planning example based on anonymised enquiry themes. It is not a completed visit, testimonial or promised medical outcome. The hospital must confirm each proposed arrangement.
A couple prefers to pay after reaching China while keeping different examination choices. For ordinary check-ups, they can pay after arrival and before the first examination. Any hospital-required advance-payment exception must be disclosed and agreed before booking confirmation.
The written response should show each person’s amount, available payment method and whether one payment can produce the requested invoice documents. Shared payment leaves each adult’s medical decisions and report permissions separate.
