Who operates this website
MyChinaCheckup is operated by Nanjing Xurun Health Consulting Co., Ltd. (南京旭润健康咨询有限公司), based in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. For privacy questions, contact hello@accesschinamed.com. Customer support is available daily, 06:00–22:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8).
Information we handle
The enquiry form requires your name, email address, country / region, age and visit timing. Country / region does not mean nationality. You may optionally add a check-up goal, how you found us, preferred city and date, WhatsApp number and a brief message. If you start from a package or service page, we retain that selection as enquiry context. The referring page and campaign labels may accompany the enquiry so we can understand your request. Do not include passport details or payment-card information. Hosting systems may process IP addresses and technical request logs for delivery and security.
After you accept a written plan, your coordinator requests privately only the passport information required by the selected hospital to arrange your appointment. This later booking step is separate from the initial enquiry form. The service agreement and record of services actually completed are handled through the agreed private coordination process. This booking information is not included in referral notifications.
Purpose and use
We use enquiry information to respond to your request and discuss arrangements you ask us to make. Where applicable, this supports steps you request before a contract; security and abuse prevention support our legitimate interests. We do not use an enquiry as consent to unrelated marketing or sell your information.
Recipients and international processing
Enquiries are processed through our hosting and email services and by our team in China. If you ask us to coordinate an appointment, relevant details may be shared with the selected hospital or service provider. We explain any additional information needed before that step. Hospitals handle clinical information under their own policies. Applicable safeguards must be arranged before transfers that require them; this notice does not replace those safeguards.
Storage and retention
The website forwards an enquiry to our business email service; it does not create a public customer record. The email service and support correspondence retain enquiry details for follow-up and any booking-related obligations. Retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes a booking and any applicable accounting or dispute requirements. Contact us to request deletion or information about retention for your case. Use your existing contact email and, if available, an enquiry or booking reference and approximate date so we can locate the relevant correspondence. State which information your request concerns. Do not send payment-card details or identity documents with the initial request; if verification is needed, we will explain the appropriate private route and any records that must be retained. The enquiry form prevents repeated submission of the same details within the current page session. Hosting and email services may apply security controls. Hosting providers may retain technical security logs.
Browser storage and external services
Package comparison saves only selected package identifiers in your browser. You can remove them with Clear comparison or your browser settings. A short-lived session cookie protects form submissions. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager load only after you accept optional analytics and advertising measurement. Google may then process visit source, campaign identifiers, page views and interaction events using cookies. Advertising personalisation remains disabled. We do not send form names, email addresses or selected medical packages in our custom measurement events. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your choice; rejecting optional measurement does not prevent enquiries. Opening WhatsApp or your email app uses that service under its own privacy practices.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may need to verify your identity and explain any legal limits. You may also contact your local data protection authority. The service is intended for adult enquirers; a parent or guardian should contact us for a child.
Contact and updates
Send requests to hello@accesschinamed.com. This policy describes the current service and will be updated when its processing changes. Effective date: 14 September 2026.
Information in your planning enquiry
Your country / region, age and selected gender help our team plan your enquiry. Gender is required, with Other and Prefer not to say available. Your optional answer to “How did you find us?” is kept separately from automatic referral and campaign attribution. Please do not send passport numbers or payment details through this form.
Your enquiry can include the current page path, referring site, campaign labels, device category and submission time so we can understand and respond to the request. We exclude arbitrary query parameters and do not send your name, email or check-up selections to advertising or analytics services. Optional measurement remains subject to your privacy choice.
Referral sources and visitor videos
We record referral and campaign labels with your enquiry for internal source attribution. A label does not prove who introduced you. We distinguish a current dedicated referral entry, a story-page entry and previously stored attribution. For Yana’s dedicated referral entry, we classify the website referrer observed by our server as internal, external social, external search, external AI, other external, missing or invalid. For a current dedicated-link entry with no supplied referrer, the platform is recorded as unknown; the dedicated-link entry can still qualify. It does not prove a particular platform or who shared the link. An explicit choice of Yana in “How did you find us?” is a separate qualifying route, recorded as customer self-report rather than verified dedicated-link evidence. Existing traffic exclusions still apply to both routes, including known internal, advertising, search and AI exclusions. Ordinary browsing, story-page visits and stored YANA labels alone do not qualify.
For a new accepted enquiry that qualifies through a current dedicated-link visit or an explicit Yana selection, we send yanavida25@gmail.com one separate notification containing only an independently random referral number and a new-enquiry count of 1. Meeting both conditions still produces only one notification. It does not contain your name, contact details, age, gender, country, city, dates, package, goal, message, original enquiry reference or a customer lookup link. No personal enquiry copy is sent to Yana. The notification number cannot be used to look up customer information. Our team privately records the source classification and number mapping to prevent duplicate counting; the mapping is not shared with Yana. Historical enquiries are not sent retrospectively.
Referral attribution is kept for the current browser session, with an age limit of 30 days. If you accept optional measurement, it can also be remembered in this browser for up to 30 days. Rejecting optional measurement removes that longer-term storage. Current dedicated and story-entry proofs are session-bound and expire after at most four hours. A new ordinary, advertising, search or AI entry takes precedence and clears prior current-visit proof; stored attribution does not restore notification eligibility. Duplicate submissions are suppressed, and a notification with an uncertain delivery result is not automatically resent. A referral label does not itself create a discount or change your written quote.
Visitor videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedded player. Loading a player connects to YouTube, which handles playback and technical information under its own privacy practices. Videos do not autoplay on page load. Links to the creator’s channel open YouTube. If optional measurement is accepted, we may record video starts and progress and attach a recognised referral code to interaction events, without sending enquiry form details.

Optional first-party visit-path records
If you accept optional measurement, we keep a short sequence of observed page visits and internal link clicks in this browser tab. It uses an independently random visit identifier, timestamps, recognised site paths, recognised source labels and a broad referring-site category. It does not collect form answers, medical notes, contact details, arbitrary query parameters, external referring-page addresses, IP-based identity or a device fingerprint. Advertising click identifiers are recorded only as present, without their values, in this sequence.
The sequence expires after four hours or when the browser tab session ends. We keep at most the first event and the latest 15 events, marking any omitted middle events. With unavailable browser storage, observations may be limited to the current page. Rejecting measurement clears this optional sequence and does not prevent enquiries. Earlier browsing before consent is not reconstructed. Separate tabs, copied links, suppressed referrers and blocked storage can leave gaps; an unknown source stays unknown.
When you submit an enquiry, this limited sequence accompanies the enquiry to our operations team under the email and correspondence retention described above. We do not create a separate long-term browsing log. Browser observations, your own answer about how you found us and server-verified referral-entry evidence are labelled separately. A link click records an intended destination, not proof that the destination loaded. This sequence does not establish a creator referral or change notification eligibility, and is not included in Yana’s anonymous count notification.
