Our role

We coordinate check-up enquiries and practical visit arrangements with partner hospitals. Medical examinations, clinical decisions, diagnoses and reports are the responsibility of the healthcare provider. This website is not emergency care or personalised medical advice.

Enquiries and appointments

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve an appointment or create a payment obligation. We confirm the selected hospital and campus, date, package contents, language arrangements and any optional services in a written proposal. A booking becomes confirmed only when we explicitly confirm the arrangements.

Package selection and payment

Package amounts are displayed in USD. Before payment, the written proposal identifies the services, total payable, payment recipient, currency and any optional items you choose. We do not collect card details on this website. Do not assume that hotels, flights, visas, interpretation or transport are included unless stated in your proposal.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and travel information, review your proposal, and follow the hospital’s preparation instructions. Tell the clinical provider about relevant health circumstances through an agreed appropriate channel. The provider determines whether tests are suitable and may propose changes for clinical reasons; discuss those changes and any effect on charges before proceeding.

Changes, concerns and rights

Our Cancellations & refunds page explains how to request changes. Contact us promptly if something is incorrect or you are dissatisfied so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific services and responsibilities are set out in your accepted proposal.

Website use

Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or submit other people’s information without authority. Generated destination and reception illustrations are conceptual images, not photographs of actual clinical premises. Effective date: 9 September 2026.
