HEALTH CHECK-UP PLANNING FOR INTERNATIONAL VISITORShello@accesschinamed.com   /   English

Payment, cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation rules remain dated 26 September 2026. Booking and payment timing updated 10 October 2026; company-document guidance confirmed 7 October 2026.

Confirm the plan before payment

We first provide a written plan and total. After you accept it, provide the minimum hospital-required passport information through the agreed private channel. The hospital confirms the booking, then we send written appointment confirmation. Your coordinator sends the service agreement for review and signature. Ordinary check-ups can be paid in full after arrival in China, before the first examination begins. Any hospital-required advance payment is disclosed separately in writing and agreed before you accept the plan and proceed with booking. An enquiry does not reserve an appointment. See the complete six-step process.

What the confirmed price includes

For confirmed visits on or before 31 December 2026, the agreed price includes the hospital check-up fee, coordination and English-speaking accompaniment specified in your written plan. There is no additional charge for those included services. Tests outside the agreed package require a disclosed price and your approval before proceeding.

For visits after 31 December 2026, request the applicable written inclusions and quote before paying. There is no promise here that the 2026 inclusion offer continues.

Refunds apply to amounts already paid. To change your appointment, contact your coordinator and wait for confirmation.

Cancellation with at least 48 hours’ notice

For amounts already paid, cancel at least 48 hours before your confirmed appointment for a full refund. The notice period is measured against the appointment time in China (UTC+8).

Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice

Only actual, non-refundable hospital or other provider costs already incurred are deducted. We explain those costs and refund the eligible remaining amount.

One complimentary reschedule

You may reschedule once without a coordination change fee, subject to hospital availability. Any third-party costs already incurred are disclosed before you accept the new arrangement.

If the hospital cancels

We first try to rearrange the appointment or propose an alternative. If no acceptable option is available, we refund the amount for services that cannot be provided.

If the agreed appointment cannot be secured

If the agreed hospital appointment cannot be secured and you do not accept the alternative offered, you receive a full refund.

How to request a change or refund

Contact hello@accesschinamed.com or your coordinator, quoting your booking reference and appointment time. Do not send card details. We confirm the applicable amount, method and expected processing time in writing; payment-provider processing times vary.

Operator and existing bookings

MyChinaCheckup is the specialist health check planning platform of Access China Med, operated by Nanjing Xurun Health Consulting Co., Ltd. (南京旭润健康咨询有限公司), Nanjing, China. Your payment recipient and documents

The operating and payment-receiving company is Nanjing Xurun Health Consulting Co., Ltd. (南京旭润健康咨询有限公司), based in Nanjing, China. MyChinaCheckup is the specialist health-check planning platform of Access China Med. The hospital provides examinations and clinical decisions; our team provides the agreed coordination and language support.

  1. Before payment: receive the itemised written quote, exact payment recipient, amount and currency, included services and applicable cancellation and refund conditions. The quote separates each attendee, package and approved addition.
  2. After payment is received: we send a payment confirmation and arrange a Chinese tax invoice (fapiao) issued by Nanjing Xurun Health Consulting Co., Ltd. (南京旭润健康咨询有限公司) through the company’s actual invoicing process. Confirm the required invoice details and expected issue time before paying. Use the existing itemised English quote as the English cost breakdown.
  3. Hospital documents and appointment confirmation: a company tax invoice acknowledges the company’s invoiced transaction; it is distinct from a hospital-issued receipt or bill and from appointment confirmation. Hospital letterhead, stamps, document availability and issue dates must be checked with the particular hospital. None of these documents guarantees employer or insurance reimbursement.

Payment-document information confirmed by the operator on 7 October 2026. This is not a new hospital tariff confirmation. Already accepted quotes and booking terms remain subject to their existing agreement.
