Shenzhen Health Check on a Business Trip

A Shenzhen business-trip check-up works best when the appointment has a protected morning and the extra services have confirmed slots. Start with your fixed meetings and departure, then agree the campus, examination list and report handover.
Name the campus before fixing the timetable
Our Shenzhen directory contains five hospital listings, including a specifically named International Medical Department. Use the campus and department from the accepted quote for the meeting point and travel plan. Do not substitute another branch with a similar name.
Compare Shenzhen hospital listings and their selected package costs. If you are arriving from or departing for another city, include that journey in the available window; the hospital appointment does not cover transport or entry arrangements.

These four services are included in the price of your selected, confirmed package. Extra tests, treatment, medicines, transport and accommodation are not included unless expressly listed in your written plan; separately priced additions require your approval.
VIP personal service means MyChinaCheckup’s individual coordination and accompaniment. It does not promise a hospital VIP ward, priority medical access or a medical outcome.
Separate on-site time from your whole morning
Routine examinations usually take about 2–3.5 hours on site. Add the hotel journey, registration and a buffer before the next fixed commitment. The hospital should confirm the preparation instructions and examination order.
Tell us if the only available morning is immediately after arrival or before departure. Ask what can be appropriately confirmed for that window, especially when an additional scan or consultation is requested.
A real example of two appointments
The verified UK visitor story describes a planned 08:00 check-up and 11:30 TCM appointment on 14 September 2026. The check-up was moved earlier with the visitor’s agreement, and the TCM booking had its own booking window. These are that visitor’s arrangements, not a general Shenzhen appointment template.
The useful lesson is to confirm each service and the gap between them. Do not assume that a second appointment follows automatically from a health-check booking. Read the visit and report-delivery record.
Write down who helps with what
- Who meets you and at which entrance or reception?
- What English accompaniment is included in the agreed visit?
- Who handles a change if a meeting overruns before the appointment?
- Which clinical questions need the hospital rather than the coordinator?
- Which invoices or receipts are required for work expenses?
The applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms should be clear before payment. A work schedule changing does not automatically change a hospital appointment.
Leave with records arranged for home
The UK visitor’s report was sent on 18 September and acknowledged after his return home. That individual example does not establish the turnaround for other visits. For a new confirmed check-up package, the hospital-issued Chinese report and complete English translation are delivered within 3–5 working days after its listed examinations are completed.
Confirm your own report dates, secure delivery, image files and clinical review. Use the Shenzhen departure checklist. A short first enquiry with dates and the service needed is enough to begin.
