Getting to Your Sanya Health Check from a Resort or Hotel
By MyChinaCheckup coordination team · Published
Plan the journey to the confirmed check-up location, not just to a hospital name on a map. The listed site is the Health Management Centre in Building B of Sanya Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital’s New Campus, at 305 Xinfeng Street, Jiyang District, Sanya, Hainan. Confirm the entrance, floor and meeting point in your written appointment.
Use the confirmed address and meeting instructions
Chinese address: 海南省三亚市吉阳区新风街305号,三亚市中医院新院区B栋健康管理中心。 Keep the Chinese address with the written booking confirmation so it can be shown to a driver or reception staff.
Ask which entrance to use, where to meet your English-speaking companion and which contact to use if you cannot find the desk. Building B identifies the centre in the current listing; it does not replace appointment-specific floor or entrance directions. View the hospital and package directory.
Build the route from your actual accommodation
- Provide the hotel or resort’s full name and pickup address, not only the resort area.
- Distinguish the hospital reporting time from the time you plan to leave the hotel.
- Check a current route for the actual date and allow a practical arrival margin.
- Confirm who arranges transport and how changes or delays will be communicated.
- Keep the arrival contact and booking details accessible on your phone.
No single drive time or fare applies to every Sanya hotel. Transfers, hotel partnerships and transport charges are not established by the check-up package listing. Ask separately if transport assistance is wanted.
Coordinate preparation with the reporting time
Follow the selected hospital’s written instructions about food, water and medicines for your exact examination list. If hotel breakfast, checkout or an early departure affects preparation, raise that before the appointment rather than guessing what to skip.
Tell the hospital if the instructions are unclear or difficult to follow. Do not change prescribed medicines based on a travel schedule or a general web checklist. Keep preparation questions separate from the transport booking so the clinical team can answer them.
Leave room for the actual examination sequence
Routine check-up packages usually take 2–3.5 hours on site. That is a planning estimate, not a promised door-to-door duration. Extra examinations, a separate consultation, hospital queues or a changed appointment may need more time.
If you have a flight, hotel checkout or another fixed commitment afterward, state the time you must leave the hospital. Ask whether the accepted plan fits and what would happen to unfinished items. Confirm return transport separately; completion of the visit does not imply a transfer is included.
Arrange reports independently of the hotel stay
The hospital-issued Chinese report and complete English translation are delivered within 3–5 working days after all examinations listed in the confirmed package are completed. Check that your agreed contact and delivery channel will remain available after checkout or departure.
Before leaving the centre, identify anything still outstanding, the expected delivery arrangement and the appropriate contact for practical follow-up. Clinical interpretation or further care must be confirmed with the provider; a hotel desk is not a substitute for that arrangement.
Confirmed package services and timing
Your selected, confirmed check-up package price includes all listed examinations and consumables, personalised VIP coordination, dedicated English-speaking accompaniment throughout the check-up, and the hospital-issued Chinese report with a full English translation. Extras need a separately disclosed price and your acceptance.
Routine packages usually take 2–3.5 hours on site; additions or separate appointments can take longer. Both reports are delivered within 3–5 working days after all examinations listed in the confirmed package are completed. This is not a deadline for a separate specialist diagnostic or treatment pathway.
For ordinary check-ups, payment can be made after arriving in China, but must be complete before the first examination. Any hospital-required advance payment is explained before you confirm the booking. Booking steps · Cancellation and refund terms.

Discuss your own plan
Explain the appointment or examination scope you want checked. An enquiry is free and does not reserve an appointment. The receiving provider confirms suitability, availability and the written plan.
