These four services are included in the price of your selected, confirmed package. Extra tests, treatment, medicines, transport and accommodation are not included unless expressly listed in your written plan; separately priced additions require your approval.
VIP personal service means MyChinaCheckup’s individual coordination and accompaniment. It does not promise a hospital VIP ward, priority medical access or a medical outcome.
The hospital’s Health Management Department provides check-up and health-management services. MyChinaCheckup coordinates your appointment, supports communication throughout the visit and arranges the complete English translation of your hospital report.
The hospital provides the clinical examinations and confirms what is appropriate for each visitor. Department equipment or facilities shown in photos are not automatically included in every package.

Your written appointment confirmation identifies the assigned building, floor and meeting point. Confirm your appointment location before travelling.
Check-up hours: Monday–Saturday, 07:50–11:00, excluding public holidays. Confirm your arrival time and preparation instructions with the coordinator.
The hospital-issued Chinese report and complete English translation are delivered within 3–5 working days after all examinations listed in your confirmed check-up package are completed. Electronic delivery after you leave Guangzhou can be arranged.
