Hospital-issued Chinese report + full English translation
Your hospital’s original Chinese report and complete English translation, delivered within 3–5 working days after the listed package examinations are completed.
These four services are included in the price of your selected, confirmed package. Extra tests, treatment, medicines, transport and accommodation are not included unless expressly listed in your written plan; separately priced additions require your approval.
VIP personal service means MyChinaCheckup’s individual coordination and accompaniment. It does not promise a hospital VIP ward, priority medical access or a medical outcome.
Your visit and what is included
For confirmed visits on or before 31 December 2026, the agreed price includes the hospital check-up fee, coordination and English-speaking accompaniment specified in your written plan. There is no additional charge for those included services. Tests outside the agreed package require a disclosed price and your approval before proceeding.
Visit: approximately 2–3.5 hours; an 08:00 start usually finishes by 11:30. The hospital-issued Chinese report and complete English translation are delivered within 3–5 working days after all examinations listed in your confirmed check-up package are completed.
Treatment, medicines, travel to and from the hospital, accommodation and tests outside your selected package are not included. Additional tests are paid for separately. Priority arrangements for international visitors are subject to hospital availability; immediate access or no waiting time cannot be guaranteed.
For amounts already paid, cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. With less notice, only actual non-refundable provider costs already incurred are deducted; the eligible balance is refunded.
