Hospital-issued Chinese report + full English translation
Your hospital’s original Chinese report and complete English translation, delivered within 3–5 working days after the listed package examinations are completed.
These four services are included in the price of your selected, confirmed package. Extra tests, treatment, medicines, transport and accommodation are not included unless expressly listed in your written plan; separately priced additions require your approval.

English Medical Report After a China Health Check-up: UK Visitor Guide

Visitors from the UK often leave China before a full report is ready. Report delivery should therefore be agreed before the appointment, especially when MRI, CT or endoscopy is included.
Request the complete handover
- Official Chinese report from the hospital.
- Professional English medical translation for a UK doctor or GP.
- Imaging link or DICOM copy where the hospital provides it.
- Written delivery date and secure electronic delivery method.
Typical timing
The hospital-issued Chinese report and complete English translation are delivered within 3–5 working days after all examinations listed in your confirmed check-up package are completed. A next-day appointment does not mean a same-day final report. Ask about preliminary findings separately if your flight leaves early.
Follow-up after you return to the UK
Keep the Chinese report, English translation and images together. Share them with your GP or specialist and ask the hospital how clarification questions will be handled after departure. An abnormal finding requires medical review; a translated report is not a substitute for advice from your UK clinician.
