UK Visitor Booking Checklist for MRI, CT and Endoscopy in China
Updated 14 September 2026 · MyChinaCheckup
When a UK visitor needs advanced imaging or endoscopy during a China trip, the quickest route is a complete request at the first contact. We coordinate with selected hospitals and can try to arrange a next-day slot when the hospital schedule and clinical review allow.
Send these details first
- City, passport nationality and two possible appointment times.
- Body part for MRI or CT, and whether a doctor recommended contrast.
- Previous report, symptoms or screening purpose.
- Return-flight date and whether you need English support throughout the visit.
Confirm before paying
- Exact test protocol, hospital campus and preparation instructions.
- Contrast, kidney-function checks, sedation and recovery requirements.
- Whether images, DICOM files, Chinese report and English report are included.
- Separate prices for each MRI region, such as brain, spine, knee or abdomen.
Timing
A standard check-up is often planned for 2–3.5 hours. MRI, CT or sedated gastroscopy may extend the visit. A next-day scan is possible to coordinate in some cases, but the hospital confirms the final appointment and suitability.
