Information we handle

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, preferred city, package or personalised service, and travel timing. Hosting systems may process IP addresses and technical request logs for delivery and security. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, passport details or payment-card information through this form.

Purpose and use

We use enquiry information to respond to your request and discuss arrangements you ask us to make. Where applicable, this supports steps you request before a contract; security and abuse prevention support our legitimate interests. We do not use an enquiry as consent to unrelated marketing or sell your information.

Recipients and international processing

Enquiries are processed through our hosting and email services and by our team in China. If you ask us to coordinate an appointment, relevant details may be shared with the selected hospital or service provider. We explain any additional information needed before that step. Hospitals handle clinical information under their own policies. Applicable safeguards must be arranged before transfers that require them; this notice does not replace those safeguards.

Storage and retention

The website forwards an enquiry to our business email service; it does not create a public customer record. The email service and support correspondence retain enquiry details for follow-up and any booking-related obligations. Retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes a booking and any applicable accounting or dispute requirements. Contact us to request deletion or information about retention for your case. Technical anti-abuse records expire after 24 hours.

Browser storage and external services

Package comparison saves only selected package identifiers in your browser. You can remove them with Clear comparison or your browser settings. A short-lived session cookie protects form submissions. No advertising or analytics tracking scripts are installed in this release. Opening WhatsApp or your email app uses that service under its own privacy practices.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may need to verify your identity and explain any legal limits. You may also contact your local data protection authority. The service is intended for adult enquirers; a parent or guardian should contact us for a child.
